Your Order Cancellation Rights

We feel bad if you cancel your order as sufficient time is provided to access and evaluate before purchasing the web services and even customer may contact us and clarify any doubt, before purchase.

There is no physical delivery of services and so no courier or transporter is involved in delivering the services. All services are digital and delivered online at the portal. You must insure about the services made available at the web portal and satisfied yourself before purchasing the services.

Even then, we have a cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

A subscriber may cancel his/her subscription within 7 days of purchase of subscription. After seven days, there will be no cancellation. However we have the refund policy which is a part of this policy and mentioned herewith the conditions of refund.

Conditions for Returns
As there is no physical product involved, there is no return policy, so there is no condition of return

Returning Goods

The web site is a service, so there is no goods return.

Conditions for Refund
We may entertain refund in the following circumstances:

If the customer has subscribed for a period longer than 6 months and if he/she do not require our service any more, he/she may request for refund and the amount of  refunded will be difference amount between the paid amount and the amount for the services utilized.

Example: If a customer subscribed for one year and want to cancel the subscription within 6 months, he/she may get refund of the difference amount between the paid amount and the amount of subscription for 6 months.

This type of conditions is applicable on all plans of more than 6 months.

Refund amount will be processed within 15 days.

However, if a subscriber request for refund within 7 days with a valid reason, he/she may be refunded the full amount within 15 days.
