Eligibility and truthful profiles
You must be at least 18 years old (if you are bride) or be at least 21 (if your ate groom) to create or manage a matrimonial profile. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials private, and update information that becomes materially inaccurate. Do not create a profile for another adult without their knowledge and consent.
Respectful use
Do not impersonate another person, harass or threaten members, send spam, scrape profiles, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or misuse contact information obtained through the website.
Profiles and interactions
Users are responsible for evaluating potential matches and taking appropriate precautions before sharing personal information or meeting anyone. "Your Shadi" does not guarantee the identity, accuracy, intentions, compatibility, or conduct of any member.
Membership and payments
Some features may require a paid membership. Applicable plan limits, duration, and feature access are shown on the Membership page. Payments are processed through the configured payment provider. Review the plan terms before paying. Any cancellation, refund must be on genuine gound and refunded on prorata basis counting a full month for a part of the month and are subject to applicable law.The decision of the owner will be final and binding.
Content and moderation
You retain responsibility for content you submit. The website may review, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts if necessary for safety, suspected fraud, violations of these terms, or legal compliance.
Availability and liability
The website is provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, the site owner does not warrant uninterrupted service or the accuracy of user-submitted information. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
